is a holistic Ayurveda nutrition and health consultant and Ayurveda cook. She completed her training in Switzerland, Germany and India. With "ayurresources" she holds lectures, gives cooking courses and advises companies in the field of workplace health promotion. She originally studied law and has 18 years of experience in the health industry in various human resources positions, among others as head of human resources on a national and international level in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical wholesale.
