growing up in New York, he used to hear the Yiddish singing of his grand parents and the dance music from eastern Europe at family celebrations. His way of playing the guitar reflects these early influences as well as the folk, rock, funk and blues traditions of his American home. After more than 40 years of experience as a performer and a musician in the field of blues, rock, folk, classic and world music he is continuously willing to be surprised by himself and his fellow musicians.
Bernhard MAURER
Classical music studies, concerts and recordings in various formations. Today teacher for cello, string classes, orchestra and improvisation at the music school and as a freelance musician and teacher.
