Dance fun for everyone with a professional

In the morning, we start with a detailed physical training programme that begins on the floor and gradually builds up to standing. Our movements gradually become more expansive and dynamic. The exercises are modelled on those of post-modern dance training, they are differentiated and efficient and at the same time gentle and body-friendly: we apply alignment and release principles, i.e. we specifically aim to use muscle groups relevant to movement while the others remain relaxed. This makes this approach to movement complex, but significantly less tiring overall. The training culminates in learning and practising a choreographed dance. We will then dance freely individually, in pairs and in groups - sometimes inspired by specific images or themes, sometimes using improvisation techniques from Authentic Movement and Contact Improvisation, and sometimes simply letting ourselves be guided by the music. In the relaxation phase after dancing, we finally come to rest both externally and internally and effortlessly find our way back to our centre. We will take time to stretch our muscles with pleasure, and after an intuitive meditation orientated towards individual needs and desires, we will become aware of how we have experienced the process in detail.

After a group sharing, we will end each day with a closing ritual tailored to the group.
