Leaders

Daniela runs a practice in Zurich offering coaching and breathwork sessions for personal development. She is a trained bodyworker and is interested in the relationship of body, mind and spirit. She offers sessions in Rolfing – structural integration, Esalen massage and Trager therapy.

Catherine has been a coach and breathworker for over 10 years and supports her clients through 1:1 and group sessions. She has a HR business background and brings the breathwork also into organisations. Catherine lives and works in the French part of Switzerland and teaches online sessions too. She proposes conferences, workshops, retreats and organises Cuba holidays combined with breathing and is fluent in EN/FR/GE/IT/SP.
