Level 4 - Osteopathic, Inner Techniques and Hara-Diagnosis
Course content
The focus of this course is the introduction to the basic osteopathic techniques and to the Internal Techniques as essential elements of our Shiatsu. The focus is on examination techniques and techniques for working with all sections of the spine and their connection to the occiput, the sacrum as well as the pelvis. The main focus is to allow the body more mobility and space. The participants learn a whole bundle of osteopathic basic techniques with which they can work in this sense. A first approach to the cranial area is introduced.
