Ancient Lomi Lomi Immersion - Embodying Ancient Wisdom

The ancient Hawaiians believed that the most profound truths of our being were found deep within the cells of our body. Much more than a machine requiring the right food, rest and exercise, the body, according to Ancient Wisdom, is a living, breathing, light-filled intelligence far beyond the conscious mind. These teachings will give us ways to access this wisdom - energetically and physically opening the pathways from the profound intelligence of the body to the mind.

The Ancient Lomi Lomi Immersion offers an opportunity to deeply cultivate the embodied pathways of energy, information, vitality & wisdom vibrating in our cells. Open only to participants who have completed at least one course, the Immersion takes us to the next horizon of our personal and spiritual growth. We will move more fully into Ancient Principles and foundational practices of Ho'omanamana and Ka'alele 'au (Flying), touching new possibilities of Resonance in our system. We will refine the bodywork of Ancient Lomi Lomi, expanding the spectrum of practice, technique and Presence. The Immersion will also include Ho'oponopono (the Hawaiian practice of finding harmony) for our cells, emotions, memories and Spirit. If you have already taken a course with Jody, join us for this Immersion — the first one in Switzerland — to open up new avenues of Life Force and nurture a deeper connection with the Ancient Wisdom of the body. In addition to Ancient Lomi Lomi bodywork, the Immersion offers a spectrum of empowerment tools so that participants can achieve significant Personal and Spiritual Growth : Strengthen your ability to reduce the effects of anxiety and stress, clear old belief systems and personal limitations, accelerate abilities to achieve life goals, and increase health, vitality, and life force by connecting mind, physiological body, and spirit on a deep cellular level.

Target group

This course is available to those who have taken at least one Training with Jody / Lineage of Light.

Next year (2024), Jody will offer an Introductory course. This one will be applicable to all those who are seeking Profound Personal Transformation, including Health & Wellness Practitioners and Massage Therapists, and those not involved in the healing arts.

Requirements

At least one previous training with Jody Mountain.

This practice is appropriate and safe for everyone at most mobility levels. Participants should be ambulant.

To best benefit from the workshop, participants are asked to refrain from smoking, alcohol and other drugs throughout the workshop week. This week participants will eat a vegetarian, gluten, dairy and sugar free meal. All participants must stay overnight at the Kientalerhof, together in 2- to 4-bed rooms (single rooms are not possible). Since the workshop requires the full attention, the accompaniment of partners, children or travel companions is not allowed..
