since 2004 has been teaching the 5 Rhythms® in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria. He is also a musician and music educator. Lars about himself: The 5 Rhythms® have been my practice for more than 25 years. Sharing simplicity with other people is one of the reasons why I pass on the 5 Rhythms® as a teacher. In my more than 40 years career as a musician, I have participated in numerous celebration, meditation and dance events. "Sacred Celebration" music is my heart and passion.
