Nandakumar SASIDHARAN R.

Nanda was born in Kerala, India. He earned his PhD from a US university and worked in a Research lab in Switzerland before becoming a Hatha Yoga teacher. Inspired by the profound wisdom and clarity demonstrated by Sadhguru he took up the 21-week long (1750+ hrs) teacher training program at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India. He conducted Hatha Yoga classes for about a year in Kerala, India. In 2022, he moved back to Switzerland and began offering yoga classes under the name Shivoham Conscious Company.
