Born on 4.9.1955 in Lübeck, married, 2 children. 1975-1983 studied Protestant theology in Hamburg. Dissertation on the subject of suicide prevention. 1984-1987 Training as a logotherapist at the "Hamburg Institute for Existential Analysis and Logotherapy" under the direction of Dr. Uwe Böschemeyer. Freelancer as consultant, teacher and supervisor. 2001 foundation of the own "Institute for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis Hamburg Bergedorf". Since 1997 staff member at the "Akademie für Logotherapie und Existenzanalyse Mainz" under the direction of Prof. Dr. Randolph Ochsmann. Numerous book publications, including "Müde vom Leben: Wege und Gespräche aus der Krise", "Woher kommt die Kraft zur Veränderung: Neue Wege der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung" and "Was uns gesund macht: Die heilende Kraft von Liebe und Glauben".
