International School for Colon Hydrotherapy (ICHT Kiental)
Colon hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method to cleanse and detoxify the colon of deposits (incrustations). Already on ancient Egyptian papers (1500 BC) there are reports of colon irrigations. In Ayurvedic medicine, intestinal cleansing is an essential component, and until the first decades of the 20th century it was also considered an integral part of all health methods in Europe.
Education in Colon Hydrotherapy
The education in Colon Hydrotherapy takes place in 3 stages, each with one training week and 50 hours of teaching. During the 50 hours, 33 hours consist of practical work with test persons as well as self-therapy. The remaining 17 hours serve to work up and deepen the theoretical basics of colon hydrotherapy.
Each training group comprises a maximum of 8 participants. This guarantees a high quality of learning and creates the respectable protection of the private sphere for our work with Colon Hydrotherapy.
For all levels of training, the textbook by R. Junker “Die Verdauung – das Fundament der Gesundheit” serves as the theoretical basis (can be obtained in Level 1 at Kientalerhof). A bibliography for each module enables the individual extension and deepening of knowledge.
Prerequisite for attendance of the Education in Colon Hydrotherapy: Basic medical training or alternative practitioner (min. 600 hours of basic medical knowledge).
Prerequisite for registration with the EMR: admission as a doctor or naturopath.
Prerequisite for registration with ASCA: Admission as a physician or naturopath or nursing professional HF.
