Learning from animal

Cross-species mindfulness for people

Mindfulness and focussed presence as a basis for solving problems and improving communication.
Mindfulness is usually learnt in human groups or with oneself. In these weekend seminars we learn ways of mindfulness and organic intelligence across species. Animals are deeply anchored in a perceptual world that is often hidden from humans by their thinking, although it is possible to communicate with animals on a non-linguistic level.

The course pursues a resonance-oriented, trauma-sensitive approach and is based on an integrative, experimental and somatically orientated model. The focus is on embodied awareness, but conceptual awareness will also be discussed.

The course weekends can be booked individually or as a whole.
As they build on each other, we recommend booking all three weekends.

Dogs are welcome to attend the course by prior arrangement.
The number of participants is limited.
